What is known so far
Thirty-seven floors and 1,552 homes - the largest building among those awaiting launch. It is the only tower of that height in Dubai Science Park, so upper-floor views will not be built out by a neighbour: this is the one project in the district where a floor premium is genuinely justified.
The flip side of scale is timing and queueing: a building of fifteen hundred homes reaches the market in waves, and the best floor-and-aspect combinations go in the first days. That is what registering before launch is for - not a discount.
