Privacy Policy
This policy describes what data the Binghatti Dubai property catalogue (the "Site") collects and how it is used. The Site is an independent brokerage platform and is not the official website of Binghatti Holding.
1. What we collect
- Data you enter in enquiry forms: name, phone number, email address, preferred contact channel, project of interest, budget and comment.
- Technical visit data: the page from which the enquiry was sent, interface language and selected currency.
- Preferences stored in your browser (shortlisted units, currency, area unit). These never leave your device.
2. Why we use it
Only to answer your request: preparing a shortlist, sending price lists and floor plans, advising on the purchase and supporting the transaction. We do not send marketing without your consent and do not share data with third parties other than the developer, and only to reserve a unit on your instruction.
3. How enquiries are transmitted
An enquiry goes to our server and is duplicated by email through a form-delivery service. Both channels use TLS encryption.
4. Retention and deletion
Data is kept while your request is being handled and for no longer than three years after the last contact. You may request deletion at any time by writing to the address on the home page; we delete within 10 working days.
5. Cookies and analytics
The Site uses only technical browser storage for your preferences. If web analytics is added, it will collect anonymised visit statistics.
6. Changes
The current version is always published on this page. Revision date: 8 September 2026.
