Binghatti Hillside

The most single-minded building in the catalogue: of 402 homes, 320 are studios. It is a pure rental instrument - the lowest entry ticket and the fastest letting, but also the sharpest competition between owners inside one building.

So Hillside only makes sense with the numbers in front of you: the studio rent in Dubai Science Park and the service charge decide everything, and layout differences barely matter. Neighbouring Hillviews is structured differently - 1,552 homes with a wider range - and the two should be compared by mix, not by renderings.
