How Binghatti builds
Binghatti Holding started in Dubai in 2008 and grew from mid-market towers in Dubai Silicon Oasis and Jumeirah Village Circle to branded skyscrapers in Business Bay and Downtown. The company runs its own manufacturing for facades and finishing, which is how it keeps the recognisable diagonal look and delivers ahead of schedule. Buyers' money sits in RERA-supervised escrow accounts, and the group's first sukuk is listed in London and Dubai, so its finances are public.
