Contract and payment
Sale and purchase agreement, payments to the project's escrow account, DLD registration fee of 4% of the price plus administrative charges.

Title deed
The Dubai Land Department issues the title deed. For off-plan it is the initial registration (Oqood) until handover, and the full title deed on completion.

Visa application
With the title deed you apply for the 10-year residence visa: medical test, Emirates ID and government fees. The spouse and children are added to the same application.
